Terms of AccommodationTERMS OF ACCOMMODATION
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
Contracts for accommodation and related agreements to be entered into between the Hotel and the Guest shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particulars not provided herein shall be governed by laws and regulations (laws and regulations, or those based on laws and regulations; the same shall apply hereinafter) and/or generally accepted practices.
2. When the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as it does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, the special contract shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the preceding Paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contracts)
A Guest who intends to apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
(1) Name of the Guest(s)
(2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
(3) Accommodation charges (based in principle on the Basic Accommodation Charges in Attached Table No. 1)
(4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. If the Guest requests, during the stay, to extend the stay beyond the date in item (2) of the preceding Paragraph, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time the request is made.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed concluded when the Hotel has accepted the application stipulated in the preceding Article. However, this shall not apply where it has been proved that the Hotel has not accepted the application.
2. When an Accommodation Contract has been concluded under the preceding Paragraph, the Guest is requested to pay, by the date specified by the Hotel, an accommodation deposit set by the Hotel within the limit of the Basic Accommodation Charges for the Guest's entire period of stay (3 days when the stay exceeds 3 days).
3. The deposit shall be applied first to the total accommodation charges to be paid by the Guest, then to cancellation charges under Article 6 and then to compensation under Article 18, as applicable. Any remainder shall be refunded at the time of payment under Article 12.
4. If the Guest fails to pay the deposit by the date specified under Paragraph 2, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid. However, this applies only where the Guest was so informed by the Hotel when the payment date was specified.
Article 4 (Special Contracts Requiring No Accommodation Deposit)
Notwithstanding Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the contract has been concluded.
2. When, in accepting an application for an Accommodation Contract, the Hotel has not requested payment of the deposit under Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and/or has not specified the date of payment, it shall be treated as though the Hotel has accepted the special contract prescribed in the preceding Paragraph.
Article 4-2 (Request for Cooperation in Infection Control Measures)
The Hotel may request cooperation from a person who intends to stay at the Hotel in accordance with Article 4-2, Paragraph 1 of the Hotel Business Act (Act No. 138 of 1948).
Article 5 (Refusal of Accommodation Contracts)
The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances. However, this does not mean that the Hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than those listed in Article 5 of the Hotel Business Act.
(1) When the application does not conform to these Terms and Conditions.
(2) When the Hotel is fully booked and no room is available.
(3) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed liable to act, in regard to the accommodation, in a manner that violates laws or is against public order or good morals.
(4) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c):
(a) An organized crime group as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) ("Organized Crime Group"), a member of an organized crime group as defined in Article 2, Item 6 of the same Act ("Organized Crime Group Member"), an associate member or a person related to an organized crime group, or any other antisocial force
(b) A corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an Organized Crime Group or an Organized Crime Group Member
(c) A corporation any of whose officers is an Organized Crime Group Member
(5) When the person seeking accommodation has behaved in a manner that causes serious annoyance to other guests.
(6) When the person seeking accommodation is a patient, etc. of a specified infectious disease as defined in Article 4-2, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Hotel Business Act ("patient, etc. of a specified infectious disease").
(7) When a violent demand is made, or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded, in regard to the accommodation (excluding cases where the person seeking accommodation requests the removal of social barriers under Article 7, Paragraph 2 or Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination based on Disability (Act No. 65 of 2013; the "Act on Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities")).
(8) When the person seeking accommodation has repeatedly made demands of the Hotel, as specified in Article 5-6 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Hotel Business Act, whose burden is excessive and which may seriously impede the provision of accommodation services to other guests.
(9) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities or other unavoidable causes.
(10) When the case falls under Article 8 of the Hokkaido Ordinance for Enforcement of the Hotel Business Act (Hokkaido Ordinance No. 4 of 1949).
Article 5-2 (Explanation of Refusal)
A person seeking accommodation may request the Hotel to explain the reasons when the Hotel refuses to conclude an Accommodation Contract under the preceding Article.
Article 6 (Right of the Guest to Cancel)
The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
2. If the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part for reasons attributable to the Guest (except where the Hotel has requested payment of the deposit by a specified date under Paragraph 2 of Article 3 and the Guest cancels before paying it), the Guest shall pay the cancellation charges listed in Attached Table No. 2. However, where a special contract under Paragraph 1 of Article 4 has been concluded, this applies only when the Guest was informed of the obligation to pay cancellation charges.
3. If the Guest does not arrive by 7:00 pm on the date of accommodation without notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as cancelled by the Guest.
Article 7 (Right of the Hotel to Cancel)
The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances. However, this does not mean that the Hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than those listed in Article 5 of the Hotel Business Act.
(1) When the Guest is deemed liable to act, or has acted, in regard to the accommodation, in a manner that violates laws or is against public order or good morals.
(2) When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c):
(a) An Organized Crime Group, an Organized Crime Group Member, an associate member or a person related to an organized crime group, or any other antisocial force
(b) A corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an Organized Crime Group or an Organized Crime Group Member
(c) A corporation any of whose officers is an Organized Crime Group Member
(3) When the Guest has behaved in a manner that causes serious annoyance to other guests.
(4) When the Guest is a patient, etc. of a specified infectious disease.
(5) When a violent demand is made, or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded, in regard to the accommodation (excluding cases where the Guest requests the removal of social barriers under Article 7, Paragraph 2 or Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities).
(6) When the Guest has repeatedly made demands of the Hotel, as specified in Article 5-6 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Hotel Business Act, whose burden is excessive and which may seriously impede the provision of accommodation services to other guests.
(7) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters or other force majeure.
(8) When the case falls under Article 8 of the Hokkaido Ordinance for Enforcement of the Hotel Business Act (Hokkaido Ordinance No. 4 of 1949).
(9) When the Guest does not observe the prohibitions in the Hotel Regulations (limited to those necessary for fire prevention), such as smoking in bed or tampering with fire-fighting equipment.
2. When the Hotel cancels the Accommodation Contract under the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall not charge the Guest for services not yet received.
Article 7-2 (Explanation of Cancellation)
When the Hotel cancels the Accommodation Contract under the preceding Article, the Guest may request an explanation of the reasons.
Article 8 (Registration)
On the day of accommodation, the Guest shall register the following particulars at the Front Desk:
(1) Name, address and contact information of the Guest(s)
(2) Nationality and passport number, for foreign nationals who do not have an address in Japan
(3) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. When the Guest intends to pay the charges under Article 12 by any means other than cash, such as traveler's checks, accommodation coupons or credit cards, these shall be shown at registration.
Article 9 (Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms)
The Guest may occupy the guest room from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of departure. However, when the Guest stays consecutively, the room may be occupied all day, except on the days of arrival and departure.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel may permit the Guest to occupy the room outside these hours. In this case, an extra charge of ¥1,000 per hour applies.
Article 10 (Observance of Hotel Regulations)
The Guest shall observe the Hotel Regulations established by the Hotel and posted within the premises.
Article 11 (Business Hours)
The business hours of the Hotel's main facilities are as follows. Details of other facilities are provided by notices within the Hotel.
(1) Curfew: 12:00 midnight
(2) Breakfast: 7:00 am to 8:30 am (starting at 7:00 am or 7:30 am)
(3) Dinner: 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm (starting at 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm)
(4) Hot spring bath "Fujimi-yu": 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and 6:00 am to 8:00 am
2. These hours are subject to temporary change due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the Guest will be informed by appropriate means.
Article 12 (Payment of Accommodation Charges)
The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the Guest is as listed in Attached Table No. 1.
2. The accommodation charges, etc. shall be paid at the Front Desk at the time of departure or upon request by the Hotel, in Japanese currency or by other means accepted by the Hotel, such as credit cards.
3. Accommodation charges shall be paid even if the Guest voluntarily does not use the room after it has been made available.
Article 13 (Liability of the Hotel)
The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damage caused in the performance or non-performance of the Accommodation Contract and related agreements, except where the damage is due to causes for which the Hotel is not responsible.
Article 14 (Handling When Contracted Rooms Cannot Be Provided)
When unable to provide the contracted room, the Hotel shall, with the Guest's consent, arrange other accommodation of the same standard as far as practicable.
2. When other accommodation cannot be arranged, the Hotel shall pay the Guest compensation equivalent to the cancellation charges, which shall be applied to damages. However, the Hotel will not pay compensation when it is not responsible for being unable to provide the room.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposited Articles)
The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for loss, breakage or other damage to goods, cash or valuables deposited at the Front Desk, except where caused by force majeure.
2. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for loss, breakage or other damage caused through intent or negligence of the Hotel to goods, cash or valuables brought into the Hotel but not deposited at the Front Desk.
Article 16 (Custody of Baggage and Belongings)
When the Guest's baggage arrives at the Hotel before the Guest, the Hotel shall store it only if the Hotel has agreed in advance, and shall hand it over at the Front Desk at check-in.
2. When the Guest's baggage or belongings are found after check-out and the owner is identified, the Hotel shall contact the owner and ask for instructions. When no instructions are given or the owner cannot be identified, the Hotel shall keep the items for 7 days including the day of discovery, and then hand them over to the nearest police station.
3. The Hotel's liability for the custody of baggage and belongings in the preceding two Paragraphs shall follow Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and Paragraph 2 of the same Article in the case of Paragraph 2.
Article 17 (Liability for Parking)
When the Guest uses the Hotel's parking lot, the Hotel only provides the parking space and is not liable for the custody of the vehicle, whether or not the key has been deposited. However, the Hotel shall compensate for damage caused through its intent or negligence in managing the parking lot.
Article 18 (Liability of the Guest)
The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for damage caused through the Guest's intent or negligence.
Attached Table No. 1: Breakdown of Accommodation Charges (Article 2, Paragraph 1 and Article 12, Paragraph 1)

1. The basic accommodation charge is as shown on the booking screen.
2. Children: elementary school age, 70% of the adult rate; age 4 to preschool, 50% of the adult rate; age 0 to 3, ¥2,000 per night.
3. For one adult staying with one child, the child is charged the adult rate.

1. Percentages are of the basic accommodation charge.
2. When the contracted number of nights is shortened, a cancellation charge for one night (the first night) is payable regardless of the number of nights shortened.
These Terms and Conditions take effect on October 1, 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
