- Hokkaido accommodation tax, per person per night: ¥100 if the room rate is under ¥20,000, ¥200 from ¥20,000 to under ¥50,000, and ¥500 for ¥50,000 or more

Accommodation: please pay at the front desk during your stay, in cash or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, UC, NICOS). If a plan requires advance payment, this is shown on the booking screen.

- Cancellation
Accommodation: cancellation fees are charged as a percentage of the room rate as follows.
- Until 23:59 four days before: free
- From three days before: 20%

- From the day before: 50%
- On the day: 100%
- No-show without notice: 100%
If a plan has its own cancellation policy, the policy shown on the booking screen applies.
Activities: the Stargazing Tour is cancelled in bad weather, with no cancellation fee. Other conditions are explained when you apply.
